-We ship using styro boxes according to the animal size to ensure best shipping rates

-We do not ship animals to areas where they are prohibited by law

-Shipping rates depend on your zip code

-We cannot guarantee live arrival on temperatures below 40 degrees farenheit or above 90 degrees farenheit

-Claims must be made within 24 hours, pictures may be required
